Responsibilities:

-Managing all live accounts in region, including:

Supervising integrations from initial contact through launch
Forecasting effectively
Ensuring margin target is achieved
Creating, nourishing and educating great relationships with clients
Prioritizing and supervising Account Strategist engagement across all clients
Making certain all client objectives are reached
Tracking relevant reporting and campaign analytics
Ensuring all accounts are being delivered relevant service and technical support
Knowledge sharing across accounts with regular cross department strategy days

-Managing and strategizing assigned set of 5-10 key accounts each quarter

Improving engagement, growing accounts and making sure client goals are met (ROI, ROAS, Revenue, etc.)

-Partnering with sales team with Upsell & Cross-sell efforts

Delivering new product roadmap across region

-Managing all Account Strategists in region and ensuring the following across all clients:

Implementing Account Strategist objective and target setting
Providing career development and mentorship
Creating frequent training and knowledge sessions for the team on key topics (A/B testing, attribution etc.)
Identifying major growth opportunities from the clients in their region and help the Account Strategists deliver
Conducting weekly regional team meetings to track key priority KPIs

-Working very closely with the RVP in their region

Meeting weekly and working together across accounts

-Providing insight with the department heads

Business Intelligence Analytics, Technical Solutions and Banners Teams to ensure cross team knowledge is maximized

-Owning responsibility for regular regional reporting

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in online (if less must be supplemented with offline experience)
3+ years management experience
3+ years account management experience
Proven leader with superior interpersonal, listening and communication skills both internally and externally
