The Clinical Coordinator is a member of the treatment team that provides a safe, structured therapeutic environment for children admitted to any group home operated and managed by Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth. Under the leadership of the Program Supervisor, the group home team develops, implements and monitors individualized strength-based treatment plans. The Clinical Coordinator's primary responsibility is to implement the clinical program designed to meet the individual needs of the children by providing mental health assessments, individual, family and group therapy as well as crisis intervention.
Qualifications: Masters Degree and/or LMSW, LCMSW required.Minimum2-3 years experience working with at risk youth in placement/foster care.Demonstrated interpersonal and team building skills necessary to effectively collaborate with staff to fulfill roles and functions for the treatment of children and families. Possess excellent communication skills, oral and written. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills. Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work with economically and diverse population.
