Development Group Leader
AMDOCS Inc. – Richardson, TX
Coordinate overall production issues in customer management, data usage control system, and usage query modules for post-paid subscribers. Participate in requirement finalization meetings for future projects. Coordinate production support matrix management. Perform project planning, resource allocation, and risk evaluation. Provide revenue impact of production issue. Prioritize defect resolution.
Master of Science in computer science or any engineering concentration and two years of telecommunications customer care, customer relationship management, and billing software development lead experience or Bachelor of Science in computer science or any engineering concentration and five years of telecommunications customer relationship and management software development.
Must have experience with Oracle 9i/10g, Unix, SQL *Plus, Java, EJB, Eclipse, TOAD, Putty, C, C++, Java, XML, JBuilder, J2EE, Weblogic, and HP/Mercury Quality Center.
Must have working knowledge of the post-paid and pre-paid telecom business model.
Must have experience within the customer-facing aspect of telecom customer care software development.
