Our client, a Fortune 500 international leader in healthcare products and services, is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to join their team in the Chicago area. In this role you will be responsible for a system portfolio which includes hardware, software and services. This role will be the global product manager and marketing lead on the cross functional core team.
Lead all marketing aspects of the core team
Lead creation of positioning, branding and promotional materials
Serve as the Global Product Manager for the system
Work closely with the regional marketing teams
Work closely with cross functional team to improve supporting business processes including technical service, product surveillance, etc.
Conduct market research to understand positioning and pricing dynamics
Develop and own the global marketing plan
Create and own the business revenue model forecast
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree a plus.
8 years or more of commercial experience in the healthcare space required
Required experience selling/marketing point of care medical devices with related software systems, and/or device and IT services for medical devices
Desired experience selling/marketing one or more of the following: Healthcare IT service & support, network infrastructure, integration of wireless medical device systems, EMR/EHR systems, BCMA, CPOE, pharmacy information systems, webhosted applications, SaaS or related.
Experience leading a cross functional project team
Ability to understand and assess market trends, competitive intelligence and financial data.
Excellent project management skills
Up to 35% travel with some international travel will be required.
