The Guest Services Assistant provides general information to NYRA patrons and ensures that customer inquires are processed efficiently and professionally.

  • Assist in handling daily requests from patrons.
  • Assist with NYRA Rewards sign-ups and coordinate deposits with Telebet staff.
  • General administrative, clerical and project work as assigned.

  • Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Availability to work at both Aqueduct Racetrack and Belmont Park.
