The Guest Services Assistant provides general information to NYRA patrons and ensures that customer inquires are processed efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in handling daily requests from patrons.
- Assist with NYRA Rewards sign-ups and coordinate deposits with Telebet staff.
- General administrative, clerical and project work as assigned.
- Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong work ethic with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Availability to work at both Aqueduct Racetrack and Belmont Park.
