Job Description

Answer internal and external telephones. Record all guest request items and deficiencies in Starguest Response software system, and dispatch /communicate with all appropriate attendants and other hotel associates via 2 way radio and/or telephone.
Maintains productivity through excellent call handling and/or dispatching of guests needs/requests for all resort areas, as well as external guests needs. Evaluates the guests needs, determines appropriate action. Assist guests with guest service questions and follow-up on requests when required. Assists with special projects.
Continuous knowledge/skill based learning for products, resort and overall company knowledge to provide professional hospitality to all guests. Maintain performance standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High school or equivalent education required.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Possess basic computational ability.
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Strong telephone usage skills and telephone etiquette
Service and experience in the resort/hotel and or hospitality industry recomended.
Part Time Hours, flexible hours.
Schedule- mostly Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
