PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. The Guest Service Professional should inspire motivation and animation while performing the following positions:
• Equipment Drop Attendant
• Equipment Runner
• Practice Facility host
• First Tee Host
• Player Assistant

2. Secondary Duties can involve those functions of a Golf Host when required.
3. The Guest Service Professional must have the ability to communicate via a two way radio to fellow employees.
4. The Guest Service Professional will carry out all of his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Sandestin Golf policies and procedures.
5. The Guest Service Professional will accept responsibility for personal decisions and actions.
6. The Guest Service Professional will perform all of his/her duties in compliance with the Sandestin Golf Safety Committee regulations, as regards his/her own welfare as well as that of his/her team members and all property guests.
7. The Guest Service Professional will be available to work his/her required shifts as needed by the golf reservation requirements with exceptions granted only by supervisory personnel as deemed possible.
8. The Guest Service Professional will be proactive in meeting and exceeding guest’s expectations, responding decisively to resolve challenges.
9. The Guest Service Professional should participate in the spontaneous recognition of fellow team members.
10. Other duties as assigned.

SCOPE OF BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY:
• Budget responsibility is not in scope for this position.

SERVICE FUNDAMENTALS:

It is essential that the employee support and integrate the Service Fundamentals of Sandestin Investments, LLC and interact effectively with guests and staff. The employee is expected to demonstrate a commitment to Sandestin Investments, LLC Service Fundamentals and professionalism through appropriate conduct at all times.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Pursuing a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
