The Guest Services Representative is responsible for the guest services area at the center and includes greeting guests, answering phone calls, and assisting guests with questions regarding services, tenants, and hours of operation. Responsibilities include parking validation, sale of gift cards, and assisting marketing department as needed. This position includes evening and weekend hours.
Internal contacts include mall management, operations and marketing.
External contacts include guests, tenants, and service/delivery providers.
May Handle cash/balance cash drawer and update balance sheet.
Requires a high school diploma, GED (General Educational Development), or equivalent.
Previous customer service or retail sales experience.
1. Computer skills necessary to log information and access electronic resources to look up information.
2. High School level math proficiency.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of guests and tenants and answer questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
4. Ability to multi-task.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
