Manage key processes and systems in cross-functional collaboration with a variety of internal departments and external vendors to deliver HEOR services and tools to market in a timely and efficient manner. Support HQO Director in developing resources for use by the field-based HEOR/HQO team and manage the development and submission processes required to deliver HEOR tools and services to the field-based team. Interact with the field-based and HEOR-research teams to provide ongoing information to HEOR on the utilization of deployed tools and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute departmental processes and procedures
Support HQO Director in working with external agencies, brand teams, and others in the development of innovative and effective communication tools for HEOR information.
Coordinate the MLR review process for HEOR deliverables
Develop and maintain communication plan/resource repository for all HEOR tools and services derived from HEOR research.
Maintain awareness of the effectiveness of deployed HEOR tools and services in addressing rapidly evolving US Healthcare market and needs of health care decision makers through ongoing interaction with the HQO team.
Assist with core HEOR training activities and support field-based HEOR personnel in successful implementation.
Significant experience in sales, marketing or strategy development.
Comprehensive understanding of Managed Care and its impact on the industry.
Experience in developing innovation communication strategies and tools to support brand/disease value propositions essential.
Experience in developing and/or utilizing HEOR tools preferred.
BS degree with 2-4 years of related experience or graduate level degree with 1-2 years of experience. MBA preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of managed care desired.
Experience managing an agency preferred.
High degree computer literacy and knowledge of HEOR and its application to managed care.
Excellent analytical skills, judgment and problem solving skills.
Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal ability.
Demonstrated planning, implementation, creativity, and organizational skills.
1 to 3 years of leadership experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
