An institution of higher learning dedicated to providing innovative undergraduate, graduate, and continuing professional education, is seeking Help Desk II Representatives for their East Orlando location.
Call Center is open from 9am – 10pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday
**Must be flexible to work any shift during the hours that the call center is open!**
Training starts: April 8, 2013
Training hours: Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm
At least 1 year in an inbound call center environment and 1 year in a help desk role
A+ certification or equivalent experience
Associates degree, will also look at those in school for IT or certifications
Excellent customer service skills/experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Work with several types of IT technologies to include telephone, email, and chat inquiries
Knowledge of various operating systems and understanding of technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Navigate multiple applications and document customer inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
Communicate effectively with customers
Contract to hire opportunity paying up to $17.00 - $17.50 per hour based on experience
