The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist is the professional person responsible for patient evaluation and treatment for the habilitation/rehabilitation of patients with speech, language and swallowing disorders. The HH Speech Pathologist, in coordination with the medical and rehabilitation team, provides services for patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. The HH Occupational Therapist is involved in the scope of services for inpatients and outpatients, such as, Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Cardiology, Medical Surgical, Skilled Nursing. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution offering an approved program of training with minimum of CFY or CCC credentials.Current registration, certification, or license as Speech Language/CFY Pathologist and BLS certificate issued by the American
