As part of the US Sign and Display Channel Ops you are responsible for the administration of channel programs and policies for the US.
Maintains, update and distributes information on US Sign and Display channel policies
Supports day-to-day pre and post sales requests and transactions, and reporting of channel program issues and violations.
Assists other departments and support groups (e.g., internal sales, audit, operational support, delivery) by reporting issues to the appropriate roles; may assist with resolution of basic issues.
Helps resolve moderately to highly complex customer issues (e.g., distribution, pricing) and proactively follows-up .
Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree completed, preferable in business adminstration and/or finance.
1st year of Master's program completed
Minimum GPA 2.8
Proven managerial work experience in a customer facing operational environment with customer service mentality.
Experience with Capital Equipment Sales Process (Desired)
