The HR Administrative Assistant performs reception duties, maintains accurate files and records, processes verification of employment requests, order office supplies, distribute mail, administers all employee recognition activities and events, serves as editor of the employee newsletter and provides administrative support to the Director, Human Resources.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years in human resources or related experience. Minimum of 2 years experience providing support to administrative or executive level staff. Strong Interpersonal, organization and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills.
