About the Opportunity We are seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant with an ownership attitude to support the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, transcription, maintaining and auditing personnel files, scheduling meetings and travel, expense reporting, data entry of personnel information, answering telephones, assisting with the employment visa process, scanning documents, organizing information, preparing for acquisitions, and other clerical functions as assigned Experience as an executive or administrative assistant or performing administrative work is required. Some prior Human Resources experience is preferred but not required for this role. Ensign places a very high value on attitude, intelligence, drive, and willingness to learn.   • College degree (AA or better) from an accredited institution
  • 1+ years experience as executive or administrative assistant
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not essential
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and view no task as too large or too small
  • Adept at MSWord, Excel, with the ability to learn programs quickly
