This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources team, divisions of Organizational Development, and Soaring Service.|
Daily activities will include interacting and addressing inquiries with department managers, vendors, guests, and associates as well as ensuring the 3rd floor reception lobby remains a welcoming environment.
A desired applicant will be inherently organized, analytical, have a keen attention detail and the ability to prioritize work. Assist in maintaining the business filing system; preparing draft correspondence, forms, logs, reports and records pertaining to Human Resources activities and goals.
Necessary duties will also include preparing spreadsheets, databases, and reports in order to meet deadlines.This position will also have further development potential for data entry responsibilities.
Must have exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills; the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information; gather, analyze and summarize large amounts of data.A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required for this position. Must have proven experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with highly preferred experience in HRIS database software. Must be at least 21 years of age, and able to obtain and maintain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
