Participates in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with CLPs strategic goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct support with recruiting function; job descriptions, job postings, applicant tracking, internet recruiting, and screening;

• Responsible for tracking and administration including applicant tracking reporting (internal and governmental reporting), pre-employment background checks, clearances, topical research, and conducting employee orientation;

• Assist with administrative functions and compliance efforts towards related legal requirements and regulations;

• Perform related Human Resources activities as needed to support the HR team and organization.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Knowledge of relevant HR policies and practices;
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all organizational matters;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Two years related HR experience; including administration of HR functions and system use (HRIS, applicant tracking, etc.);
• Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and/experience
• Experience in a similar environment preferred

Work Hours : Daylight hours; schedule to be determined based on department needs

Salary : $15.47 - $21.64 per hour
