For the Investments and Financial Services division, the HR Analyst will have primary responsibility for HR data analysis, trend identification, workforce analytics, data input and data integrity/maintenance, supporting
over 500 employees globally. This individual will collect and analyze information and data from different HR systems; track trends and developments; conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports. He/she must have knowledge and ability to track/trend headcount against a budget, and effectively report real-time
information on/to the business, taking into account adds-to-staff, attrition, and transfers. He/she must be able to support the Senior HR Busines Partner and HR Generalist in understanding organizational changes and impacts.
The HR Analyst must be able to summarize and report data in executive-ready formats that tell a
comprehensive story, and allow for effective decision making. He/she will also have some project management responsibilities, as it relates to organizing and tracking the rollout and completion of various HR initiatives and efforts.
Collect and analyze information and data from different HR applications and systems; track trends and developments; conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools, and assist in development of standard reports. Obtain,
verify and evaluate general and statistical information. Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and protocols.
Assist with Performance Management initiatives by maintaining database for employee performance assessments and reviews. Liaise with the HR Shared Services Center for employee data changes and data pulls.
Partner with other Analysts across multiple teams and functions, to consolidate and report data. Assist HR Team with various/special projects.
2+ years experience in Human Resources
Experience in a large, complex, matrixed, global organization
Research and analysis techniques and report writing
Must be proficient in complete Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot tables) and PowerPoint
