Reporting directly to the Vice President, HR Operations, the HR Analyst will provide broad level support across the Operations team including Compensation, HRIS, Shared Services, Payroll and Benefits. Will work closely with the VP of HR Operations on responding to audit requests, budgeting and compliance. This is a great opportunity to grow your HR knowledge and experience across multiple specialty areas.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities *
  • Respond to auditor requests for information; conduct research as necessary. *
  • Assist Compensation team in responding to salary surveys, mapping employee data and administering pay for performance programs. *
  • Work closely with HR Shared Service team on escalated issues requiring research. *
  • Support the VP of HR Operations in the development and maintenance of the HR budget. *
  • Assist in developing materials in support of executive compensation programs and Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings. *
  • Establish and maintain system for tracking for HR compliance related items (i.e. Handbook Acknowledgements, etc.). *
  • Work on special projects as required. *
  • Coordinate HR Operations Team meetings and agendas. *
  • Develop employee communication as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education *
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or in a related field with equivalent HR experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills *
  • Experience with HRIS systems *
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to produce timely, accurate, high-quality work in a multi-task, high volume, team environment *
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations *
  • Understanding of and the ability to create and implement data tracking systems *
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills *
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information *
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
