Eaton Corporation located in Cleveland, OH has a position opening for an HR Analyst - Direct Hire. This position will develop and execute a strategy for building a direct hire pipeline by working with the businesses to identify needs, coordinating with campus managers to develop strategy and accumulating, matching and marketing potential candidates to business needs.
A. Helps accumulate direct hire needs within the organization and helps to advise businesses on processes associated with building direct hire pipeline.
B. Advises University Relations team on processes associated with direct hire pipeline and ensures consistent approach among the team
C. Coordinates candidate information from on campus events to market and match potential direct hire candidates in a timely and accurate fashion
D. Develops new procedures regarding systems and deliverables to help improve efficiency and productivity of the direct hire process
E. Coordinates communication of information to the groups regarding procedures, processes, performance measures and deliverables regarding direct hire
F. Reviews results and metrics from groups to determine how they are engaging in the process and if we are meeting their direct hire needs
G. Supports Campus Managers by assisting in building direct hire strategy. Serves as an additional point of contact for direct hire inquiries.
H. Maintains database of direct hire talent and ensures that high caliber talent is marketed to business groups who have expressed interest in participating
I. Determines additional ways to partner and engage with business groups on building a direct hire pipeline
J. Prepares reports, presentations, branding materials and other documents for the department in support of the direct hire initiatives
K. Attends national diversity conferences, where appropriate, to increase visibility with candidates of direct hire opportunities
L. Conducts research and benchmarking with other companies to determine new ways to support the direct hire initiatives
M. Partners with Talent Acquisition Center to attend kick off calls where necessary, to pass SB07 and above direct hire candidates to them, and review requisitions who are willing to consider University Talent, or Direct Hire
Supports the scheduling of events (ie. Interviewing, Career Fairs, other campus events) by working with Eaton Talent Scouts, school officals and students as needed.
Supports the University Relations Talent Scout program through communication channels, educational \ training initiatives and managing and disseminating logistical information.
Supports the collection of candiate resumes and interview guides from University Relations events and other areas of candidate tracking.
- Experience with campus or technical recruiting is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to influence others without authority
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Multi-tasking and confidentiality in handling of candidate information essential
