Responsibilities - External:
Provides analytics for HR projects and programs including the collection, understanding and evaluation of data and data analysis, primarily for HR division but could extend to HR department.
1. (50%) Data Analysis and reporting: Requests, runs and analyzes HR reports on scheduled and ad hoc basis. Prepares executive summaries of reports upon request.
2. (30%) Program administration
3. (15%) Project management
4. (5%) Presentation development and delivery
Qualifications - External:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Requires 2-4 years experience in human resources, finance and/or accounting or equivalent preferred including 1year of project management experience. Experience working with external vendors preferred. Skills required include: proficiency working with compiling, reviewing and analyzing data, project management experience, and advanced technical skills with full Microsoft suite. Strong customer focus, oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/ competing priorities. Working knowledge of Peoplesoft a plus.
