As a Systems Analyst you will: leverage your analytical and technical skills to identify, justify, design and implement best-practice technology which supports and optimizes human capital strategy.

Conduct data analysis and studies involving disparate enterprise-wide and targeted data, identifying both trends and concerns and presenting your findings to departmental associates and business partners

Design and produce custom and ad hoc reports that supports enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and decisions

Provide technology-related expertise and guidance on special projects and initiatives as needed

Maintain and improve database and systems resources containing sensitive data

Role Essentials

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access and Power Point

Demonstrated database manipulation skills, including work with data structures and complex queries

Exposure to database RDBMS

Role Desirables

Familiar with Callidus or incentive compensation software.

Reporting Relationships

You will report to an HR Process Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
