Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for analysis and special project work related to policy compliance, planning and implementing routine audits for HR policy compliance and report variances to HR Business Partners for action.

Nature and Scope:
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a routine system to monitor HR policy compliance. The position will perform complex analysis of reported data to provide comprehensive compliance reporting to HR Business Partners and Accountable Group Leaders. This position is challenged with ensuring accuracy of reporting.
Must be able to develop , manipulate and interpret complex spreadsheets. Must be able to communicate complex concepts, findings and analyses to internal customers in a useful and understandable format. Manipulation of highly detailed and confidential statistical information in an automated manner is required.

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred

Must have college-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field. Proven experience in a similar position may be substituted for degree.

Experience in human resources, finance or accounting position working with detailed information analysis required. Skilled with spreadsheets and database applications.


Preference will be given to applicants who have achieved the designation of PHR, SPHR, CCP and/or CEBS.

Computer / Typing:Professional:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
