Work with HR team to ensure that systems are in place to support global compensation and benefits and reporting compliance with federal and state regulations.
Provide support to the Director, Global Compensation & Benefits with the management of benefits administration, compliance communications, and reporting.
Assist with projects related to benefits and compensation administration.
Compensation & Benefits Support
Provide annual enrollment and carrier implementation support as necessary.
Provide systems support for all benefit plans and carrier connection files.
Manage communications and reporting for benefits compliance for Health, Welfare and Retirement plans for US and Canada..
Manage administration of FMLA and leaves of absence.
Assist with vendor management as necessary.
Assist with the development and implementation of a global salary structure program, including mapping of salary grades, regional geographic differentials, alternative compensation tracking, and incentive plan information.
Assist with participation in global salary surveys.
Responsible for ongoing HR/Payroll relationship management, participation in system conversions and HR compliance matters.
