This position provides support for CSI and its domestic subsidiaries including the updating and maintaining of various HR systems & reports. You would handle the recruiting process including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and initiating background checks/drug screens. You would interact with all new employees and conduct new employee orientation and other activities related to new hires. In addition, you would be responsible for special projects including the United Way Campaign and other company events. General clerical duties including copying, filing and backup for the Receptionist are also part of the position.
Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business or other related major. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, as are six months work experience in an office environment and an internship in an HR department. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, have outstanding organization skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
