Human Resources Assistant needed to organize and conduct training and training activities, assist with the payroll process, participate and investigate complaints and perform general HR related activities within the human resources department of a government agency. Other responsibilities will include:

*Preparing training agendas and materials.

*Organizing training events.

*Conducting trainings.

*Serving as the back-up for payroll processing.

*Receiving and investigating complaints.

*Analyzing and preparing data and other information for presentations.

Bachelors Degree in related field, plus a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in the field of human resources, plus a knowledge of training methods and assessment tools, ability to learn payroll functions and excellent writing and verbal communications skills are needed. Self-starter, with the ability to work with staff at all levels are, as well as the ability to work independently is essential.
