We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant to support the Business Operations (BizOps) Team. You will be reporting to the HR Lead, but will also be providing support to our Legal, Finance and Operations Departments. This is a great opportunity to begin your career and learn how a business works from behind the scenes.
As our HR Assistant, you will:
Be responsible for human resources, accounting, and legal filing systems. You’ll chip in when we have our annual audit, scan new hire paperwork and ensure that everything is in tip-top shape.
Assist with data entry and basic spreadsheets preparation.
Coordinate all recruitment travel needs.
Organize and prepare recruiting materials.
Help cultivate our culture. We love opening up our office and frequently host tech, product and design Meetups. You’ll work across teams to make sure that if anyone needs an extra hand, you’re available.
Assist General Counsel with contract database management and assist in preparing materials for the Board Meetings.
Be our backup for reception.
Help with ad-hoc HR, accounting, and legal projects as needed.
An ideal candidate has:
A true interest in and passion for HR.
Maniacal attention to detail.
A methodical and thorough approach to work.
Proficient with MS Office, web browsers, and storing and organizing files in a computer directory.
Respect for confidential information - you can keep a secret for your life!
Ideas for how to improve things and is proactive about solving problems.
The ability to get things done in an accurate and timely manner.
