This position will serve as receptionist for facility, answering the phone and facilitating visitor entry into the building. In addition, this position provides support in all functional areas of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, employee and labor relations, benefits, training and development, safety and Worker’s Compensation. Ensure compliance with all legislated requirements, governmental, Company and facility. Coordinate special projects including employee recognition.
Greet visitors in person and over the phone
Maintain personnel files
Maintain compliance with all regulations and forms: I 9, applications, personnel file, FAA background checks, tax forms, job postings, security badges, etc.
Perform drug screens and request background checks
Communicate and uphold HR policies, procedures and practices.
Actively engage and interact with all employees
Provide other support when required
High school degree or equivalent required
1+ years related HR experience
Able to work independently and multi-task
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills- both oral and written
Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of ADP Enterprise and eTime a plus.
