Twin Oaks Community Services is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work in our Genera Administration office.

The HR Records Assistant must demonstrate great attention to detail; have excellent customer service skills; strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Internet); basic math skills; great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; and the abilities to: work independently; complete work within specified deadlines while multi-tasking; handle sensitive situations; organize and maintain all required files; and have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Under the direct supervision of the HR Director, the HR Records Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
•Data entry-inputting information into various HRIS systems;
•Sorting and organizing electronic personnel records;
•Update and maintain personnel records including personnel file audits to ensure compliance;
•Assist with tracking staff training and development via HRIS systems;
•Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all levels of staff and management;
•Cover the front desk during lunch, as well as vacations, etc.;
•Support & be back up to the HR Department;
•Back-up accounting cash/check receipts.

High School diploma; Human Resources or Clerical experience; Experience and/ or knowledge of Ulti-Pro or Essential Learning a plus; Valid driver’s license in good standing.
