The Corporate Human Resources department is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team in NYC.

  • Assist HR Manager with benefit analysis of all plans by reviewing plan designs/costs/trends
  • Evaluate processes and procedures for plans and implement required modifications to documents, manuals, processes and procedures
  • Create/distribute benefit surveys
  • Gather benchmarking data
  • Analyze benefit plans/claims to enhance wellness initiatives
  • Understand benefit plans and policies in order to respond to employee inquiries in a timely and thorough manner
  • Coordinate resolution of escalated participant health insurance claims issues
  • Manage and process day to day benefit administration and online benefits portal
  • Administer payroll deductions, refunds and additional benefit adjustments
  • Develop and coordinate monthly new-hire benefit orientation
  • Coordinate all FMLA and disability leaves – globally
  • Perform regular audits of insurance invoices
  • Prepare ongoing monthly benefit/wellness communications for employees
  • Manage international benefit enrollments/changes/terminations
  • Create and coordinate the planning and delivery of wellness programs including health awareness (bulletin boards, newsletters), educational campaigns (lunch n learns, workshops), behavior change programs (health assessments/screenings (biometric events, incentive programs, health fairs), smoking cessation, and more

  • 4-6 years of benefits experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Knowledge of benefits and related laws
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with an HRIS and Sharepoint a plus
  • Exposure/familiarity to international benefits a plus
