This position will provide superior Human Resources consulting to multiple client groups within the Corporate Sector in Audit, L&C, Risk. The position requires a depth of experience in employee relations, employee retention and engagement strategies, organizational development, leadership development, and performance management.
This position will provide a combination of business analysis, trends and information reporting for people related initiatives, assist in processing HR transactions, employee relations and performance management for the Global Compliance and specially the AML/BSA Consent order. This individual will work collaboratively with senior HR Business Partners that align HR priorities to business challenges. He/She will analyze key people trends, create presentations that tell a story and highlight recommendations to senior management and will provide project coordination for key people processes. Collaboratively work with HR business partners globally to understand the business needs and strategies
Establish and measure key people metrics to reinforce desired outcomes
Project coordination for key people initiatives
Design and develop automated reporting with a focus on continuous improvement and report performance
Creatively, anticipate data needs based on the business state and proactively supply information to monitor the baseline or support business decisions
Liaise with corporate stakeholders in Finance and Business Management functions
The qualified candidate will have the ability to research and analyze various types of information to outline trends and recommendations.
Must be widely trusted with sound judgment and act as a team player.
Familiarity with Global Data Warehouse, WEBI preferred
3+ years broad business analysis experience, preferably in an HR environment
Managed a large volume of employees, 500 plus
Must have strong influencing skills and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management.
Must have the ability to effectively work within a matrixed HR organization and partner with HR centers of excellence to provide full service support to clients.
Learns quickly and understand the business unit goals
3-5 years of overall HR experience.
Bachelors degree in business or related field or comparable experience
Analytic in nature with detail orientation, responsive and accurate
Exceptional expertise using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Superior Interpersonal Communication Skills
Ability to work with extremely confidential, complex and ambiguous information
Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial approach to problems
