Your focus will be on talent management and organizational effectiveness…helping the organization anticipate where they are going and what are the org and talent implications. You’ll play an active role in the engagement and development of our talent.
This individual will become a critical member of the LDCP and HR community helping to drive key outcomes and decisions on talent, organizational capability and leadership. Primary focus will be on partnering with key Directors and Vice Presidents in our LDCP organization. The successful candidate will work to ensure:

Development of a talent strategy connected to the business strategy and growth.

To that end, the HR Business Partner will:
Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to provide expert insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness and talent planning and development
Build organizational effectiveness and change leadership capability
Coach leaders on change to involve the right critical stakeholders at the right times, ensuring a best possible employee experience that results in engagement and commitment
Encourage, motivate and guide leaders, individuals and teams in learning and improving effectiveness
Partner with senior leaders to identify succession strategy
Model the Intuit Leadership Success Profile which includes thinking strategically, driving for results, building high-performing teams, innovating for impact, and inspiring through action
Drive and continually improve HR operating mechanisms (performance management, annual employee survey, organization, talent and pay reviews, etc.) in partnership with our Centers of Excellence
Partner with executives to deliver HR strategies
Play an active role as a member of each executive’s leadership team as well as a member of the LDCP HRBP team
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and the broader HR community to develop shared services and self-sufficiency capabilities, scalable global and virtual workforce and workplace strategies
In partnership with our Shared Services team, resolve escalated complex employee issues (Employee Relations and performance)

These competencies may be developed through education and experience in functional leadership experience (non-HR), Human Resources, and/or Organizational. 5-8 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role desired. Bachelors degree or equivalent required, MBA or MS preferred.
