Responsibilities:
  • Engage and influence senior management to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization
  • Build the business partner relationship with management and staff; understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and/or help to address systemic issues
  • Support a defined internal business unit and provide counsel on various employee relations issues and organizational development initiatives
  • Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Lead the development and implementation of systems and processes to drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization in support of the business strategies
  • Work with partner groups to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business
Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years or more of applicable experience
  • Prior experience in a start up environment is a plus
  • A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience with exceptionally fast paced environments
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from end to end
