Overall description

As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. Successful HRBP will act as employee champion, leadership advisor and change agent. HRBP delivering global HR programs to business units. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions aligned with global programs. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP will have international Human Resource responsibilities. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid range plans, its culture and its competition.

Key Responsibilities


Help drive the KSS/dh integration both in terms of benefits alignment and HR processes.


Assist in the formulation and execution of of the KSS talent strategy, including alignment of talent to business objectives and location strategy, and managing the hiring plan accordingly.


Participate in weekly meetings with KSS leadership


Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.


Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations


Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).


Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning


Drives the talent management strategy for the business unit(s).


Identify development and/or training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Partner with Learning and Development for appropriate delivery, program, intervention.

Specific Requirements:

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience preferably in Human resources or a related field.

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
  • 0-20% to regional offices
