The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns HR programs and services with the business objectives in their designated business unit(s). The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HR related issues and acts as an employee advocate and change agent. HRBP assesses and anticipates HR related needs, communicating needs proactively with the HR operations areas and business management seeking integrated solutions. The HRBP forms partnerships across the HR service areas to deliver value added service to management and staff that supports Moffitt’s strategic objectives. The HRBP is responsible for ensuring that their assigned units are proactively addressing their human resource requirements to ensure success. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its mid range plans, its culture and competition.

Education:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. PHR/SPHR required. Masters Degree preferred.

Training/Experience:
8-10 years of diverse Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or research-related industry.

Additional Information:
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state employment laws.
