We are looking for a bright, passionate individual to join our HR team. You will work within a matrixed HR organization with ownership of our performance management and learning and development strategy while having the responsibility for driving the people strategy for our product, ID, IT and operations teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Partner with leaders, managers and HR to ensure the building of our high performance culture.

Consult with business leaders to align talent related needs with the current and future needs of the organization; ensure consistency, continuity and successful delivery of tailored solutions to clients and identify talent issues before they affect the business.

Proactively identify employee and organizational needs and raise awareness.

Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness.

Provide human resources expertise, both hands-on and strategic in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more.

Assist in the development and delivery of culturally appropriate learning programs.

Assist in developing value-add programs in areas of training, development, retention and job performance.

what you’ll need to win

10 years HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in an HR business partner role

BS/BA degree (MBA would be a plus)

A strong passion for cycling and or action sports

A hands-on - make it happen DNA

Passion for designing and delivering learning and development solutions

Ability to influence in a high paced and non-hierarchical culture

Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills

HR certifications preferred (PHR and/or SPHR)

Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
