Responsible for the administration of Human Resources activities including, but not limited to: recruitment, employee relations, unemployment, employee activities and maintaining accurate and complete employment records. Ensures HR policies and procedures are maintained and communicated to the employee population. •Frontline resource within the HR office to address questions, inquiries, and to provide HR support services to both employees and the management teams •Recruiting responsibilities include posting open positions via company website, tracking job requisitions, creating and maintaining job files/applicant tracking for Affirmative Action Plan, initial review of resumes, phone screen candidates, submitting background screenings, e-verify, and presenting new hire orientation •Arranges interviews for managers/supervisors as necessary •Reviews background checks and references in regards to candidate eligibility guideline •Answer questions regarding company benefits or refers to available company resources; involved in the new hire and yearly open enrollment benefit processes •Maintaining Kronos HRIS database with accurate current information •Respond to inquiries by Workforce Development, the EEOC, DOL, and other government agencies •Partner with employees and/or management in settling disputes including employee relations investigations and performance improvement plans •Work on Leave of Absence Management •Meet weekly and monthly deadlines including staffing reports, HR updates/reminders, and monthly newsletter distribution •Perform other duties as assigned

•Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly required; Advanced degree a plus •3-5 years HR Generalist experience required preferably within a manufacturing environment •Solid knowledge of HR policy and procedures including FMLA guidelines •Incumbent must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively to all levels within an Organization •PHR certification or SPHR is a plus •Experience with employee relations with ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism •Strong computer skills including Power Point and Publisher; proven Excel knowledge and experience required •Previous HRIS experience required •Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services. •Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident •Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position
