Currently, we are seeking a creative and skilled HR Business Partner prepared to implement Trupp HR products, services, and values on-site and off-site to assigned clients. This role will also administer full-service HR programs, procedures and best practices for clients, delivering value-added, integrated services and solutions that recognize the unique characteristics and needs for each client culture and industry.

Key responsibilities include:
Working on-site and remotely for assigned clients as the dedicated HR representative in an outsourced HR model.
Participating as a team lead or contributor on assigned client projects.
Delivering and maintaining consistent excellence in customer service and knowledge of opportunities to enhance Trupp HR services with clients.
Assist in operational projects utilizing systems to build and generate internal and external reporting of service activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a minimum three years of work experience and competency in performing generalist human resources activities with strengths in Employee Relations and Systems.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Must be able to perform training and engage audience while delivering information on compliance as well as best-practice topics.
PHR certification preferred but not required.
Requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain composure while under pressure and remain flexible despite interruptions and/or routine changes.
Ability to organize and complete multiple assignments on time accurately and with minimal supervision is essential.
Requires strong proficiency in the use of a variety of software to collaborate with team members, track client data/activities, create forms/templates, develop reports, and analyze/export/import data.
