Administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of human resources activity in Business Unit. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance. Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Oversees the administration of the internal job bid system for specified areas. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and company guidelines. Investigates accidents, ethics and policy related situations, disciplinary proceedings, and/or other human resource related or employee relations related activity.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree required Must be willing to be on call 24/7 and work abnormal hours as needed/requested.
Must be willing to travel as needed (less than 25%).
SHRM certification (PHR or SPHR) is desirable.
