ARCADIS in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a top-notch HR Client Service Representative to join our HR Solutions Center Team. HR Client Service Representatives are the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from employees and managers about employee benefits programs, human resources policies, and training classes and programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting and resolving inquires, requests, and cases to closure; appropriately escalating complex cases to specialists within the department, as needed.
Providing excellent customer focus to internal clients via telephone, IM, and e-mail.
Preparing and appropriately documenting, and obtaining required approval(s), for employee transactions such as transfers, promotions etc.
Facilitating new hire orientation, as well as facilitating the onboarding and exit interview processes
Administering the pre-employment and client background check process
General Requirements:
Candidates must be familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be able to handle confidential issues with professionalism and discretion
Strong written and oral communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
Works under general supervision, and requires a sound judgment within prescribed guidelines.
Must be available to work anytime between the hours of 6am and 6pm
Local candidates only; no relocation or candidate travel reimbursement for this position.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum years of experience: 2 years' experience including client relations
Education required: Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS
Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Years' experience preferred: 5
Working knowledge of Workday HRIS system
This position does not require travel. Travel amount is none.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
This position does not manage others.
