This position will coordinate various human resources functions related to retention, training, and employee relations. Oversees Human Resources Programs that impact organization as a whole, including Service Awards, Hospital Week, outside venue ticket sales, and any special celebrations and observances. Coordinates the annual Service Awards program where milestones of five years of service are recognized. Coordinates training programs on a variety of topics to provide continuing education and learning for our managers. Develops budget for system- wide employee events and coordinates activities while staying within budget. Shares orientation responsibilities by contributing to planning and notification of employees and presenters. Creates communication pieces in line with Marketing specifications to promote any HR activities and programs. Assists Benefits Office by answering phone calls and resolving issues. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Three to five years’ progressively responsible HR experience with proven creative experience developing communication pieces. Knowledge of HR laws and practices, excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent written and interpersonal skills. Research skills will also be helpful. Ability to train/ speak in front of management or employee groups.
