Ideal candidate would work 2 days at General Office in Miami and 3 days in Juno Beach Facility, other option would be 5 days in Juno Beach.
Qualified candidate would be highly skilled, polished specialized recruiter with proven industry knowledge and successful track record attracting and securing candidates.
Will be responsible for filling direct hire positions for the Organization and ** IT & Telecom experience is a plus.
Will interface with high level professionals and broad cross section of the Company.
Must be accountable and responsive with great customer care and assume responsibility for follow-up and management of full-cycle hire process - candidate sourcing, screening, qualifying, employment offer and welcome aboard.
Must have experience in sourcing professionals and provides hiring advice to managers and supervisors throughout the company on matters relating to corporate employment/selection.
Develop and maintain strategies that ensure a continuous availability of high caliber talent.
Acts independently when making decisions and constantly seeks opportunities to be proactive in supporting the recruiting and placement needs of the customers while remaining aware of current labor market trends and resources.
