This is a temporary role with potential of being a full time position.
Provide all administrative support to the SVP of Talent Management and the HR team.
Coordinate and schedule interview agendas for candidates, which include travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, etc.
Conduct HSN tours for candidates
Assist with coordination of HR events
Liaison between Business Units, Talent Acquisition Partner and Candidate to ensure a ‘Best in Class’ candidate experience
Support Team cross-function and back up including but not limited to front desk; scanning; new employees on boarding and other administrative duties
Support the SVP of Talent Management and HR Leadership
1-2 years of HR administrative experience
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow up on a timely basis
Ability to prioritize and respond to business needs.
Manage confidential information discreetly and appropriately
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Ability to interact with senior leadership
Must be able to establish and build working relationships
Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
