: Human Resources Coordinator

Our Finance and Administration group is looking for an energetic, hardworking team player who can provide assistance to our Human Resources and Marketing groups.


The Finance and Administration Coordinator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

  • Facilitation of Human Resources processes, i.e. Position Requisition, Offer Requisition, and Status Change Forms. *
  • Manage/Conduct ongoing company-wide surveys. *
  • Oversee and maintain facility projects, with the direction from Human Resources and other management staff. *
  • Assist in Benefits Administration *
  • Assist in maintaining the resume database, correspondence with hiring managers, and job postings. *
  • Lead the company’s annual holiday party and summer picnic events. *
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department *
  • Maintain the employee files and filing systems. *
  • All other duties as assigned
