The primary focus of this position is to serve as a resource and partner on all aspects of human resources and property management for employees and management at assigned location. This individual is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, safety, property management and other various tasks as required, while meeting Coborn’s Wildly Important Goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. 1-3 years Human Resource generalist and 1-3 years Leasing experience preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. Ability to speak effectively in front of large audiences. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and email systems. Working knowledge and experience with HRIS systems. Possess a current state driver’s license and valid insurance with the ability to travel to business locations as needed. PHR preferred.
