The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing daily activities associated with the Human Resource function. Responsibilities include administration and support of HR programs and systems, support of the Recruitment process and Talent Acquisition Specialist, position management and tracking in HRIS, managing internal and external job postings, scheduling interviews, coordination of background check processes and responsibility for end to end recruiting for non-exempt level positions as needed. Responsibilities also include supporting the HR Business Partners with daily support of client areas and larger scale organizational projects to support business demands. This position also assists applicants, leadership and employees with general HR questions and/or directs them to the appropriate HR resource.
Essential Job Duties:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to administer and support the recruiting process; working in the ATS and other systems, create requisitions, post positions, conducting phone screens, collecting interview panel feedback, schedule interviews and travel arrangements, prepare offer letters, coordinate assessments, facilitate background checks, coordinate relocation program delivery, employee referral bonus payment, etc.
Perform end to end recruiting for group hiring events and select non-exempt positions as company recruiting workload demands.
Provide proactive support for the HR Business Partners by assisting with staffing changes/models, pulling and analyzing data for client areas, etc.
Coordination of immigration cases with external counsel and communication with candidates/employees involved in the process.
HRIS data entry and data governance and maintenance.
Key data entry and coordination responsibilities for the New Hire, Position Management, Status Change and Termination processes.
Coordinate company recruiting events; onsite and external career events, college recruiting, etc
Process and submit to AP requests for payment of recruiting related invoices
Process internal paperwork, setting up the employee in the HRIS
Distribute and/or run developed reports for adhoc HR report requests.
Work with auditors, internal and external, to collect information and respond to auditor requests.
Collaborate with other HR subject matter experts to answer employee questions in a thorough and timely manner
Additional Job Duties:

Perform other special assignments as requested
Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal skills with ability to build productive relationships with employees at all level of the organization.
Experience interpreting and communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs. Experience with employment law and policies.
High level attention to detail and customer service.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently under general supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong commitment to and ability to represent company values to employees and candidates.
Experience working with an ATS, external job boards, HRIS and other recruiting and HR systems
