We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide our HR team with assistance in all facets of human resources. This position provides critical administrative and project support to our Maryland Heights office and to the Education division and requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
General Administrative Support and office management- to include such activities as providing basic guidance and direction to employees and managers, organizing and coordination of meetings, managing office supplies, reconciling expense reports, assisting with travel arrangements, managing invoice processing, managing employee personnel files, running timely reports, managing monthly operational report & approval spreadsheets, coordinating all new hire paperwork, managing new hire onboarding, conducting orientation, ensuring accuracy and data compliance for all employee data, auditing and ongoing maintenance / accuracy of I-9’s including eVerification. Act as main point of contact with employees regarding company policies / programs such as Anniversary Awards, Employee Referrals, and Education Reimbursement.
General Staffing Support - to include working in the Taleo system assisting with new hire activities. This includes working with the recruiting coordinators and recruiters to ensure a smooth sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process for the candidates, the hiring managers and the HR Business Partners.
Manage the administration of employee activities and site programs to include such programs as Education Fairs, United Way campaign, site training events, wellness events, site Holiday Party and Employee Picnic.
Successful candidates must be well organized, displaying attention to detail with a strong concern for quality and accuracy. In addition, candidates must possess excellent customer service skills with high degrees of flexibility and initiative. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 solid years experience supporting human resources in a corporate environment. In addition, candidates must have a college degree and prior work experience with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Taleo, Oracle, Successfactors is highly desired.
