Provides overall general administrative support to the Human Resources Recruiting department .
1) Assists with new hire process including: compiling and updating the New Employee Package as forms and processes change, and sending packages to new hires.
2) Assist with data entry and reporting from the applicant tracking system as required.
3) Coordinates interview schedules for candidates to include electronic and face-to-face interviews with travels needs. Corresponds with recruiting staff, interview team, and candidate.
4) Updates internal and external job postings.
5) Tracks and oversees candidate expenses.
6) Initiates background investigations and conducts reference checks for candidates.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Attributes
High school diploma, or equivalent, plus nominal experience providing human resources or administrative support or a BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline. Familiarity with an HRIS system is preferred. Requires strong communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal. Ability to build team relationships with line management, employees, and HR team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voice mail. Ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of employees. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines is essential. Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
