This position is part of a centralized team that provides Human Resources and Employee Relations service support to managers and employees throughout the Kraft Foods. The HR Coordinator coordinates incoming requests to an internal service-providing group. The HR Coordinator will receive requests from internal Managers and HR professionals by phone or email. The Coordinator utilizes technology to capture basic information and assign the request to the most appropriate internal party. The HR Coordinator may execute on request and perform administrative tasks to include some of the following:
Complete inquires for Employee Data Request to include year-end reviews and employee files
Investigate HR questions
Post organizational announcements
Manage unemployment claims
Complete letter request
Receive initial request for assistance from internal customer either by phone or email, interpret what type of assistance is required, and then route the request appropriately to the appropriate teams. Coordinate the assignments of various teams to assign and route a request appropriately to maintain a balanced workload across the internal departments.
Complete requests of internal customers and other Human Resources administrative tasks in the appropriate system/technology.
Complete other tasks and project work to assist in the overall success of the business.

--Frequent contact with HR Centers of Expertise (i.e., Benefits, Compensation, HR Service Delivery)
--Contact with Information Systems
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
1+ HR work experience
MS Office and SAP HR
Organizational Ability – Ensures the credibility of HR through flawless execution
Excellent communication skills
Functional/Technical Skills (computer/IS)
