1. Handle general Associate questions pertaining to the Company’s policies, procedures, and benefits program. 2. Processing of all HR related paperwork (pre-employment, new hire’s & separation). 3. Assist with Region’s recruiting needs by posting positions on various career websites. Distribute resumes to the appropriate hiring managers. 4. Maintain personnel files. Handle the filing (personnel paperwork- vacation, sick leave, etc.) 5. Promote/handle employee discount entertainment coupons for various attractions & services. 6. Coordinate temporary departmental needs with Temporary agencies. 7. Provide the lunch coverage for the receptionist on a weekly basis. 8. Other duties as deemed necessary by Regional HR team .

Qualifications

  • Must have excellent customer service skills. This position involves heavy interfacing with associates on a daily basis. Must be able to respond to associates requests/questions in a timely/prompt manner. • One to two years minimum experience in Human Resources helpful. • High school degree minimum, college preferred. • Ability to handle confidential situations. • Good writing and communication skills. • Detail oriented. • Team player with strong work ethic. • Must be able to handle fast-paced work environment. Multi-tasking. • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
