Responsible for new hire paperwork, payroll issues, process paf's and E-pafs, req submission, approval levels for reqs, initiate background checks, send welcome letter and candidate new hire paperwork, contact new hire for orientation, process internal promotions. Follow up with corp. dept. and employees on payroll, benefits, general questions. Support the same for clinical hires. Process termination and status change PAF's. screen and schedule interviews for hiring managers. Follow up with candidates as needed. Support the horizontal goals orientation project on scheduling new hires, tracking and ensuring compliance. Support recruitment process as needed help plan regional job fairs and recruitment events. Will be back up support for HRG's when traveling or on PTO. Will run AA related HRIS reports from Ultipro when needed. Will be HR regional point person for all HR related paperwork.
Bacherlors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3-5 years previous HR experience required
•Previous experience supporting HR department in a specialist role.

•Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
•Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
•Fluent in various software packages, including MicroSoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
